Bierocks have been a tradition at St. Joseph Catholic School from the beginning of our school. Made with lean ground beef, fresh cabbage, cheese, and spices all wrapped in our made from scratch dough. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Packaged frozen. All bierock sales support the St. Joseph Ost Catholic School general fund.

Help us with this unique fundraiser and become a part of our St. Joe campus! Bricks may be purchased for a donation of $200 per brick, that will be placed in front of the school marquee. Each brick can have a up to three lines with 15 characters per line. These would make a wonderful Christmas, anniversary, or birthday idea for that hard to buy for person. It is also a special way to memorialize a loved one.
