Councils & Organizations
The Pastoral Council is formed of representatives from other councils, committees, and organizations who serve together with those appointed by the Pastor. This council, which meets quarterly, advises the Pastor concerning the overall needs and the welfare of the parish.

The Finance Council meets monthly to advise and work with the Pastor on all financial matters concerning the parish and school. Members are appointed by the Pastor.

The Stewardship Council organizes the annual stewardship renewal, coordinates committees under each pillar and works to implement stewardship within the parish.

The School Council is formed of school parents from our parish and area parishes that advise the principal and pastor on student and staff needs.

All women of the parish 18 or older. The Altar Society is a women's organization committed to the needs of the altar, the parish, to Christian fellowship and the spiritual and corporal works of mercy. All women of the parish are members of the large and important ministry. Meetings are the first Tuesday of month September, November, January, March and May. Meetings begin with Mass at 6:30pm in the Church followed by the meeting at 7pm in the Parish Hall.

All men who have graduated high school and older are members of this very vital ministry. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month Sept. - May. Meetings begin with Mass at 6:30pm in the Church followed by the meeting at 7pm in the Parish Hall.

Catholic youth ministry (CYM)
All high school age youth of the parish are members of CYM. They meet every Wednesday, September – May at 7pm in the Parish Hall. Many opportunities are available to youth through CYM, such as Region III choir, Clay & TEC retreats, Steubenville, Camp Totus Tuus, March for Life and a parish mission trip to New Mexico.
ATHLETIC COACH
An adult of the parish to help organize our youth group in participating in youth ministry sponsored sports.
CORE TEAM PARENT LEADER
Parent(s) of high school youth willing to assist and direct with the youth ministry.
CORE TEAM YOUTH LEADER
A 20-30 year old practicing in the Catholic faith willing to witness to the youth of our Parish.
Catholic youth ministry - junior high (JCYM)
5-8th grade youth are invited to take part in parish stewardship to earn points to offset the cost of attending the Ascend Conference, Totus Tuus camp, etc.
CORE TEAM PARENT LEADER
Parent(s) of junior high school youth willing to assist and direct with the youth ministry.
CORE TEAM YOUTH LEADER
A 20-30 year old practicing in the Catholic faith willing to witness to the youth of our Parish.
